1. Digital Products
All of our products are digital in nature and are delivered instantly after purchase. Because of this, there is no physical item to return. Once access to the digital content has been granted, it cannot be “returned.”
2. Refunds
We generally do not offer refunds once digital content has been accessed or downloaded. This is to prevent misuse of our guides (for example, copying the content and then requesting a refund).
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

Technical issues: If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the guide or subscription, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 days.

Duplicate purchase: If you were mistakenly charged more than once for the same product.
In these cases, please contact us at support@brazilpulse.com within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
3. Cancellations of Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your account settings.

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
